Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has confirmed that Islamabad is actively facilitating talks between Iran and the United States, in a bid to promote peace and stability both regionally and globally.
Speaking during a meeting in Islamabad with senior officials, Dar said Pakistan is playing a supportive role in advancing dialogue between the two sides amid ongoing tensions. He emphasized that diplomatic engagement remains the most effective path toward de-escalation.
Dar reiterated that Pakistan will continue its efforts to help move the negotiations forward, reflecting its broader commitment to regional stability and conflict resolution.
He also urged media outlets to avoid speculation and rely solely on official statements when reporting on the sensitive diplomatic process.
