Karim Al Masry, Sales Manager at Orouba Misr Developments, pointed out that Orouba Sky Line is considered as one of the most important residential compounds in Egypt.
It is the sixth project in the company’s history and the third one in Alexandria.
It is planned to be a comprehensive residential, commercial, administrative, health, and entertainment compound built in the center of Alexandria.
The company was keen to choose that place carefully after extended studies to become an ideal place.
Al Masry revealed that Orouba Sky Line project distances minutes only from the vital areas in Alexandria and it provides calmness and private life.
Buildings will be constructed on 50% of the total area.
This means that lawns are 25 thousand square meters.
All apartments look over Nuzha Lake which covers five million meter square meters.
Al Masry explained that the Sky Line project has unprecedented designs.
The elegant entrances to answer the needs of the clients. The project includes 1300 units, among those units, are 1145 ones supplied with swimming pools.
Areas of the units range from 90 to 400 square meters.
The project also houses a number of service buildings to respond to all the needs of the residents.
