gold Prices Increase, 21-Karat Records EGP 785

On Wednesday, December 8, gold prices jumped in local markets, after the rise of gold ounces prices in global exchange, recording $1788, due to the continued trade of the US Dollar and the US Treasury bonds.

Andrea Tadros, a member of the board of directors of the General Division of Gold and Jewelries, said that 21-karat reached EGP 785.

He concluded that 24-karat was sold at EGP 897, on the other hand, 18-karat recorded EGP 672. Regarding the gold pound, it reached EGP 6280.
