Obama Celebrates Xmas with Family (Video)

Former US President Barack Obama wished all his Instagram followers merry Christmas and joyful holiday.

Obama posted a picture of his dog with the caption: "Merry Christmas, everybody! This year, I got a little help spreading holiday cheer from Sunny. Wishing you all a peaceful and joyful holiday season with the ones you love."

While his wife Michelle Obama shared with her followers a video of Christmas greetings that includes a video clip of her gathering with her family.

She commented: "Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Barack and I send our best wishes to you all for a safe, healthy, and joyful holiday season."

The former president shared his favorite movies of 2021 listin an annual tradition. The most prominent of which was "West Side Story" by famous director Steven Spielberg, "The Last Dual" by Ridley Scott, and other important works presented during the current year in cinemas all around the world.

Obama posted a picture on his Instagram account, in which he revealed 14 international movies, commenting on them saying: "Next up are my favorite movies of the year. Each of these films tells a powerful story, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did."

Also featured on the list of Documentary movies are "Summer of Soul" and "Judas and the Black Messiah, for which Daniel Kaluuya won an Oscar for his supporting role.

Obama chose international actor Denzel Washington and Frances McDormand the movie "The Tragedy of Macbeth", as well as the movie "Passing" by director Rebecca Hall.
