SEE-August27th: Being a woman isn't always easy, sometimes they can feel weak and vulnerable and they feel the need to hear some encouragement so they can keep going with their lives. Other times women need to learn life lessons about various things including love, heartbreak, loss, careers and friendships. A good movie is always a good solution to give you the answers you're looking for.

1- Hidden Figures

The 2016 American biographical drama movie revolves around 3 smart African-American mathematicians who work for NASA , they make a huge difference in a white man's life.

The film which is directed by Theodore Melfi is based on the non-fiction book of the same name by Margot Lee Shetterly. The film stars are Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer.

2-The Help

An American drama movie directed and written by Tate Taylor; it is based on Kathryn Stockett's 2009 novel of the same name.

The events are about a white young journalist and her relationship with two black maids, Aibileen Clark and Minny Jackson during the Civil Right Movements in 1963.

The cast includes Viola Davis, Emma Stone and Octavia Spencer.

The American drama, romance movie starring Julia Roberts, Kirsten Dunst and Julia Stiles. Roberts received a record $25 million for her performance which is the highest ever earned by an actress at that time. It is directed by Mike Newelll and written by Lawrence Konner and Mark Rosenthal.

The story focuses on the art professor who teaches in Wellesley college during the 50s. She tries to change how the girls see themselves as only housewives.

The biographical movie is based on life of Mexican famous artist Frida Khalo who suffered from an accident that changed her life forever. The role was performed by Salma Hayek. The movie is based on a book named Frida: A Biography of Frida Kahlo by Hayden Herrera.
