On his part, Mountain View Chairperson Amr Soliman said that the company is constantly looking for ways to sustain its revenues and increase its assets from projects, especially the non-residential.

“The client has become more aware of the Real Estate market, which led us to start turning our promises into tangible projects and facilities,” Soliman stated.

“We have partnered up with Egypt Learning Group to introduce HaileyBury School in I-City October, the first time in the Middle East to be launched, with investments worth EGP 500m,” the Mountain View Chairperson added. “This proves our keenness to provide extraordinary educational levels in our compounds, leading to happier communities.”

The school was founded in 1860, owned by the English royal family. Operating the school required  their approval in order to obtain licenses and establish it.

I-City is believed to be the first project to be implemented according to the four-dimensional system with international standards.

It includes smart solutions that separate the movement of people in residential areas from cars, in order to create a safer and quieter society.

The company is looking forward to delivering 380 units of the first phase of the project in the fourth quarter of 2021, as all facilities within the project are now available.

Additionally, it aims at investing a total of EGP 650m in construction during 2021.

Mountain View has achieved sales of 10 billion pounds in 2020, exceeding its annual expectations, as well as signing a strategic cooperation agreement with “Huawei Technologies” to develop the infrastructure across “I-City” projects, which makes it the first interactive smart city in Egypt.
