Lionsgate dropped on Thursday the official trailer for Hollywood stars Halle Berry and Patrick Wilson‘s new movie “Moonfall”.
It also stars Michael Peña, Charlie Plummer, Kelly Yu, Eme Ikwuakor, Carolina Bartczak, and Donald Sutherland.
Roland Emmerich directed the movie from a script he co-wrote with Harald Kloser and Spenser Cohen. Emmerich and Kloser also served as producers.
Emmerich established himself the master of disaster with “Independence Day”, “The Day After Tomorrow”, and “2012”.
The movie revolves around a NASA executive and former astronaut (Berry) who must team with an astronaut from her past (Wilson) and a conspiracy theorist (John Bradley) to save the planet after the Moon is knocked out of orbit and put on a collision course with Earth.
“Moonfall” will debut on February 4.
