Mohamed Farag to Collab with Ahmed El Sakka in Ramadan 2023

Egyptian actor Mohamed Farag is collaborating with actor Ahmed El Sakka in the TV series "Harb" (Working Title).

The series consists of 10 episodes and is set to screen in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.

Moreover, El Sakka is set to appear in season 7 of Egyptian actor Ahmed Mekky's comedy hit TV series “Al-Kabir Awy”, which is set to debut in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.

Season 7 will feature the return of previous cast members such as Mekky, Bayoumi Fouad, Hisham Ismail, Mohamed Salam, Rahma Ahmed Farag, Moustafa Gharieb, Laila Ezz El-Arab, Hatem Salah, and Hussain Abo Hagag.

The series is scripted by Mustafa Saqr and Mohamed Ezzeldin, directed by Ahmed El-Gendy, and produced by the Synergy production company.

“Al-Kabir Awy” made its debut in 2010. It revolved around the Mayor of the Mazarita village, in upper Egypt, who discovers that he has other siblings.

The series achieved great success and became one of the best comedy series that screened annually during Ramadan. It was renewed in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2022.

El Sakka, born on March 1, 1973, is an Egyptian actor. He graduated from the Academy of Arts.

He began his acting career with appearances in Egyptian mini-series and ended up co-starring in many famed Ramadan series.

Early in his career, El Sakka appeared in popular series such as “Nesf Rabeea El-Akhar”, "Nsf rbye alakhar", "Wamin Aldhy la Yuhibu Fatma?", "Tarwid alsharisa", "Helm El Ganouby", and "Zayzinia S1".

He established himself as an actor in 1998 when he co-starred in the film “Saeedi Fil Gamaa El Amrekeia” (Saeedi in the American University).

In 2000, the actor received his first leading film role in “Short wi Fanila wi Cap” (Short, T-Shirt and Cap).
