Moderately Warm Weather Set to Continue on Friday, Cairo 26°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather to prevail in most parts of the country during Friday's daylight hours.

Moderate weather is also expected to hit the North Coast, while South Sinai and the South of the country are expected to experience hot conditions.

There is a chance of light rainfall to prevail in Northwest Coast and North Lower Egypt, at intermittent periods.

Wind will occur occasionally in South Sinai and the south of the country, stirring sand and dust in the Red Sea Mountain Trail.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 0.5 and 1.5 meters, with northeast surface winds.

The Red Sea will experience low to turbulent waves, ranging between 2 and 2.5 meters with northwest surface winds.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 26°C in Cairo, 22°C in Alexandria, 21°C in Marsa Matruh, 30°C in Sohag, 34°C in Qena, and 32°C in Aswan.
