Moderately Warm Weather Prevails across Egypt on Wednesday, Cairo 24°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather will prevail in most parts of the country during Wednesday's daylight hours.

Hot weather is also expected to hit South Upper Egypt.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Canal Cities, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai.

Winds occasionally occur in most parts of the country, stirring sand and dust in Upper Egypt, the Red Sea governorate, and the Northwest Coast.

Light rainfall is predicted to prevail intermittently in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, the Red Sea mountain trail, and the Gulf of Suez.

Light to medium rain, sometimes thunderous, also forecast to hit the North Coast, Eastern Coast, and Sinai.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height varying between westerly and northwest surface winds.

Meanwhile, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez will experience turbulent waves ranging between 2.5 and 3 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming cold towards the end and in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 24°C in Cairo, 21°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 29°C in Sohag, 28°C in Qena, and 30°C in Aswan.
