Menna Shalaby Contracts Coronavirus

Egyptian actress Menna Shalaby had tested positive for Coronavirus.

In a statement, screenwriter Mohamed Hesham Ebia revealed the diagnosis and noted that production had suspended on Shalaby's upcoming TV series “Tloo El Roh” (Soul Leaving Body), which is set to premiere in Ramadan 2022 drama marathon.

Filming is set to resume in a week.

The series, which was initially titled “Etegah Egbari”, will also feature Elham Shahin, Ahmed Dawood, and Ahmed El Saadany.

It will consist of 15 episodes and arrive from Kamla Abu Zekri.

Many celebrities and public figures have tested positive for the virus recently including Yousra, Galal El-Sharkawy, Rashwan Tawfek, Ali Badrakhan, Yasmin Abdelaziz, Bayoumi Fouad, Ahmed Mekky, Sandy, Naglaa Badr, Ahmed Hatem, Nourhan Shoeib, Faia Younan, Maha Al Sagheer, and Tamer Habib.
