The Muslim Council of Elders won the Best Pavilion Award at the 2024 Indonesia International Islamic Book Fair, standing out among local and international institutions and publishing houses participating in the event.
The fair featured around 128 participants with 217 pavilions and was attended by tens of thousands of visitors.
The event took place from August 14 to 18 in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta. The Council's participation aligns with its mission to promote peace, foster values of dialogue and tolerance, and build bridges of cooperation among people of different races and beliefs.
