The France captain reached the milestone by scoring against Morocco, taking his international tally to 101 goal contributions in 104 appearances.
His remarkable record now stands at 64 goals and 37 assists, further cementing his status as one of the greatest players in the history of French football.
Mbappe also strengthened his position in the race for the Golden Boot after netting his eighth goal of the tournament.
He is now level with Argentina captain Lionel Messi at the top of the scoring charts, while Norway's Erling Haaland sits third with seven goals and England striker Harry Kane follows with six.
The 27-year-old has been one of the standout performers of the tournament, contributing to 11 goals in six matches with eight goals and three assists as France continue their quest for another World Cup title.
France secured a 2-0 victory over Morocco to advance to the semi-finals, with Mbappe opening the scoring before Ousmane Dembele added a second goal to send Les Bleus into the last four.
