Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture to Organize 'Tagore - Mahfouz Caricature' Competition

Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Embassy of India, Cairo announces to organize 'Tagore - Mahfouz Caricature' competition in collaboration with the Fayoum Caricature Museum and Egypt Cartoon Blog.

Participants will submit joint caricatures on Rabindranath Tagore and Naguib Mahfouz, both world renowned novelists and Nobel laureates.

A jury will be constituted to select the first three winners to be suitably honored by the Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture.

Exhibition on the select caricatures will be organized on the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore i.e. on 7 May 2024 and on the birth anniversary of Naguib Mahfouz i.e. on 11 December 2024.
