Massar Egbari to Perform in Saudi Arabia on June 20

Egyptian underground band Massar Egbari will perform live in Saudi Arabia, on Monday, June 20.

They are set to present several of their popular and latest songs.

The concert is held as a part of the Jeddah Season.

This year, the activities of the Jeddah season zones are distinguished by the persity of options, catering to all desires and tastes.

The events will feature 2,800 different recreational, cultural, artistic, and tourist activities. It will be held at several zones in Jeddah.

Earlier this month, the band kicked off their Europe tour. They presented a show at the Oyoun Cultural center in Berlin, Germany, on June 3.

 Massar Egbari also performed at the Church of Saint John the Baptist, in Brussels, Belgium, on June 7.

On the other hand, the band is set to release their fourth studio album “Nos El Hagat" as singles during the summer.

Massar Egbari, which means “Compulsory Detour”, was founded in 2005 and consists of Ayman Massoud, Hany El Dakkak, Ahmed Hafez, Tamer Attallah, and Mahmoud Siam.

The band tackles social problems with their music and inserts a mix of Alternative Egyptian Music and blends rock, jazz, and blues with some Oriental music.

In 2011, The band was honored by UNESCO in Paris.
