Egyptian stars Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz are teaming up for a new film.

The untitled project is sponsored by the Saudi General Entertainment Authority and is scheduled to begin production in 2025.

This will be the fourth collaboration between Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz after blockbuster films "Welad Rizk 3: El Qadya" and "Kira & El Gin" and season 2 of the critically acclaimed TV series “El Ekhteyar ll”.

The pair were recently seen in the long-awaited third outing in the franchise, "Welad Rizk 3: El Qadya" (Sons of Rizk 3: The Knockout).

The star-studded film has been shattering records since it opened hit theatres on June 12. It has garnered EGP 132,985,000 in revenues so far.

"Welad Rizk" first premiered in 2015 and hails from screenwriter Salah El Gehiny and director Tarek Al Eryan.

The film features an all-star ensemble cast that includes Amr Youssef, Karim Qassem, and Mohamed Mamdouh. However, Ahmed Dawood and Ahmed El Fishawy didn't return for the third entry.

The installment also features familiar faces such as Sayed Ragab, Asser Yassin, Eyad Nasser, Bassem Samra, and Mohamed Lotfy.

Yassin reappears as Al Shayeb in the third outing and has more screen time for the character in preparation for the "Welad Rizk" spin-off film "Al Shayeb" (The King).

The entry also introduces newcomers Maged El Kedwany and Asmaa Galal as well as features cameo appearances from Abdel Aziz, Phaedra, and Ahmed Fahmy.

"Welad Rizk 3" received huge support from the General Entertainment Authority, with a production budget exceeding 8 million dollars. It was filmed between Cairo and Riyadh.

The pic is co-produced by RAW Entertainment, Synergy Films, Film Square, and G Creations.

Prior to the release of "Welad Rizk 3", the franchise has been extended to 4, 5, and 6 installments.
