Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir concert in Saudi Arabia has been rescheduled.
The concert has been postponed from May 13 to May 20 following the death of the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the same day.
The event is set to take place at the Abu Bakr Salem Theater, Riyadh Boulevard City. It will also feature a performance by Zena Emad.
The festival is organized by the Saudi Ministry of Culture and held as a part of the two-day singing festival themed “Classical Arabic Singing”.
The event is aimed at celebrating the classical Arabic language. It is sponsored by the “Quality of Life Program“, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, providing culture, entertainment, and immersive experiences that enhance the audience’s connection to the Arabic language.
Moreover, Al Sahir is slated to kick off his Australia tour later this month. He is set to perform two concerts in Sydney on May 27-28, and present a gig in Melbourne on May 29.
