Jovesolides seeks a volunteer from Germany, Italy, Egypt or Morocco

Jovesolides association, accredited by the European Commission as a host organization for the European Voluntary Service, offers a new volunteer opportunity. The opportunity is aimed at young people from Germany, Italy, Egypt or Morocco.

The Information Society for Social Inclusion and Citizen Participation’ project will last 12 months, and includes: accommodation, travel expenses, medical insurance, food and pocket money. To qualify for a volunteer position, candidates must meet these requirements: have a B1 level of Spanish; have a university degree preferably in: Computer Science, Sociology, Social Education, Marketing and Digital Communication or Fine Arts; and last but not least, having the capacity to work with punctuality and discipline. The approximate date of incorporation is next October 15, 2018.

The main function of the volunteer will be to offer support in the telecentro that the entity in La Coma, a neighborhood of preferential action located in Paterna (València). A space that aims to fight against the digital pide of neighbors in the neighborhood, and which also encourages intercultural coexistence, and the empowerment of personal and collective identity. In short, promote the social inclusion of all people through the use of ICT. And candidate can also support the communication tasks of the entity.
