American Hip-hop icon Jennifer Lopez's latest movie "The Mother" temporarily halted production in Spain due to a coronavirus outbreak.

"The Mother" had suspended filming due to positive coronavirus cases associated with the production team.

The majority of the project has been filmed in Canada, where Lopez was shooting scenes prior to the new year, before production recently moved to Gran Canaria near the Canary Islands.

The 52-year-old star reportedly flew into town last week and had been isolated while awaiting shooting, only to leave on a private plane back to the US.
