The American singer married the Batman star last year in a low-key Las Vegas wedding. They threw a fairytale ceremony for their loved ones in Georgia.
Lopez and Affleck planned to renovate the plush LA property but later on, they decided to look for a new love nest.
Meanwhile, the LA mansion is up for sale with a whopping $42.5 million price tag. The property spans almost eight acres – the main house alone boasts nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
In 2004, the couple called off their engagement, ending their two-year relationship.
They moved on separately, with the Hustlers actress welcoming twins Max and Emme with Marc Anthony, while the Oscar-winner introduced children Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel with Jennifer Garner.
In 2021, the pair took the world by storm when they reunited and got engaged for a second time.
