Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni signed a bilateral security cooperation agreement between the two countries.
Zelensky said in a tweet on the X platform today (Saturday): “Our meetings with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni are always meaningful... Today we have an important result... We signed a bilateral security cooperation agreement between Ukraine and Italy.”
Zelensky pointed out that this agreement lays a solid foundation for the long-term security partnership between our two countries.
The two sides also discussed providing further support to Ukraine in the context of Italy's G7 presidency.
