Egypt’s First Lady, Intissar El-Sisi, expressed her honor in welcoming international guests to the Grand Egyptian Museum, highlighting the institution’s role as a symbol of Egypt’s heritage and cultural diplomacy.
In a post published on her official social media pages, El-Sisi noted her particular pleasure in receiving Kim Hee-kyung, the First Lady of the Republic of Korea, during her visit to Cairo.
“I always feel honored to welcome our esteemed guests, especially Mrs. Kim Hee-kyung, at the Grand Egyptian Museum,” she wrote.
El-Sisi also shared a set of photographs capturing moments from the tour, which showcased the museum’s architectural grandeur and its growing reputation as one of the world’s most significant cultural landmarks.
The visit reflects the deepening ties between Egypt and South Korea, with cultural exchange continuing to play a central role in strengthening bilateral relations.
