In a heartbreaking incident at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor, Indian billionaire businessman Sunjay Kapur, 53, tragically passed away after suffering a heart attack during a semi-final match of the prestigious Queen Cartier Cup. Kapoor, a close friend of Prince William, is believed to have suffered the fatal heart attack due to a bee sting in his mouth while playing in the match.

The tragic event occurred on Tuesday afternoon, June 12, as Kapur was competing for his Oreos team against the Sujan Indian Tigers on the Royal Club's Smiths Lawn. Witnesses report that Kapoor collapsed suddenly in front of his teammates, prompting immediate emergency medical response.

The British Polo Association (HPA) confirmed that the cause of death was not related to any sports injury, but out of respect for the family's privacy, further details will not be released at this time. A spokesperson for the HPA expressed condolences, stating: "We stand with all concerned and offer our deepest condolences to the Kapoor family and his team during this incredibly difficult time."

Kapur was widely known not only for his business achievements but also for his philanthropic efforts and close ties with the British royal family. His sudden passing has shocked the global community, leaving many in mourning.
