Immigration Ministry Launches "Ask and Suggest Live" Initiative

Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Nabila Makram inaugurated a studio to communicate with Egyptians expats directly “live” via video conference within the framework of "Ask and Suggest live" initiative, in cooperation with Islam Al-Ghazouli, Advisor to the Immigration Minister for Technical Support .

This comes in the light of the initiative launched by Nabila Makram under the title of "Ask and Suggest with the Minister of Immigration."

The Minister of Immigration said: “We aim to create more new channels of communication that bring us closer to all Egyptians around the world. Therefore, we decided to launch a new version of "Ask and Suggest" initiative, in which we open a direct dialogue with the Egyptians abroad via "Skype".

 

She added that the Ministry of Immigration is always seeking to create many means to communicate with Egyptians abroad, pointing out that "Ask and Suggest live" initiative is a new approach aimed at creating more direct communication with Egyptian citizens around the world, to respond directly to their inquiries, and complaints and to solve their problems and make use of their suggestions.

"Following the opening of the initiative's studio, we contacted a number of Egyptian expats in Saudi Arabia, as it has the largest Egyptian community in comparison with other countries."
