The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm to hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Monday's daylight hours.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to hit South Upper Egypt.
Light rainfall is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast and North Lower Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.25 and 2 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.75 and 2.25 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in most of Egypt at nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 31°C in Cairo, 27°C in Alexandria, 25°C in Marsa Matruh, 33°C in Sohag, 37°C in Qena, and 38°C in Aswan.
