The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm to hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Friday's daylight hours.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to hit South Upper Egypt.
Light rainfall is also predicted to prevail intermittently in the far northwest coast.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height, varying between northwest and northeast surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in most of Egypt at nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 32°C in Cairo, 26°C in Alexandria, 24°C in Marsa Matruh, 35°C in Sohag, 36°C in Qena, and 37°C in Aswan.
