According to an inside source, Meghan avoided any big celebrations after backlash from her expensive New York baby shower . Instead, she spent the day at the couple's home Frogmore Cottage.
A source told the Sun : " Frogmore Cottage will host a celebration for Meghan's birthday.
"The Clooney clan will be in Villa Oleandra on Lake Como and the Sussexes will not want to be seen enjoying more of their lavish hospitality after the PR disaster backlash post the US baby shower."
Last year, Meghan faced huge criticism when her pals spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on a baby shower at a top New York hotel, in a visit where husbnad Harry didn't join.
The privately funded party was held at the £57,400-a-night Mark Hotel , which is home to the most expensive suite in America, and was attended by Serena Williams, Amal Clooney, Abigail Spencer, Misha Nonoo, and Gayle King.
Then Pregnant Duchess spent five days in the city, shopping, relaxing and enjoying lots of good food.
