It’s very hot these days with high humidity.. we have to take care, drink too much water and liquids, so and avoid direct exposure to the sun. We should not go out of homes during these days, especially those with chronic diseases, diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, respiratory allergies, Sinusitis, the elderly, and children should stay at home so as not to be exposed to dehydration or heat stroke.

Our children shouldn’t go to school in the sweltering heat, this happens in all countries of the world, while the employees should be exempted from attending work as well. I received plenty of advice recently, some of them on social media including wearing loose fitting, light-colored cotton clothes.. moisturizing the body with water.. Eating High-fiber foods.

We should put water for birds on windows, in gardens, and on fences for cats and dogs. As this very hot weather represents a danger to humans, and to these weak creatures as well.

May God help Dr. Muhammad Shaker, Minister of Electricity, to meet people’s needs of electricity.. Many thanks for his efforts in developing electricity networks, so we have a network that can cope with excess loads without any outage since 2015 until now, after we have been suffering from continuous outages. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi made an extraordinary effort in this matter as he was holding meetings and leading negotiations with the German company Siemens, whose president, Joe Kaeser, said that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is the strongest and best negotiator he met throughout his career, and that he was personally following up the executive program for the constructions at the sites.

Amid this high temperatures, I pray to God to relieve the effects of this weather, the first of which is the high consumption of electricity and water as the temperature approached 50 degrees, with the high level of humidity..

May God grants Egypt success in the upcoming climate conference in Sharm el-Sheikh as the states must cooperate to reach a solution.. Some assert that the earth temperature will increase and the ice will melt, while some predict a frost. We need the whole world to cooperate to confront this danger that threatens humanity.
