The Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation named the Egyptian Hassan Ali Ghazaly among the 30 most influential young people in Europe and Africa for 2019.

Ghazaly is the founder of the African Office at the Ministry of Youth and Executive Vice President at Pan African Youth Union.

His achievements as a young leader in African youth work with grassroots at the national, regional and continental level were the reason for naming him in the 30 most Influential People in Africa and Europe.

Ghazaly was invited to receive the honors and attend the Africa-Europe Youth Leadership Summit, which will be held for the first time on September 28 in the Gambian capital, Banjul, under the presence of First Lady Fatoumata Barrow and EU Ambassador to the Gambia, Attila Lagos.

The Africa-Europe Youth Leadership Summit comes under the slogan "They are not young to leadership", which will include representatives of youth institutions, investors and youth associations from the two continents to integrate and expand cooperation.

Gambia has witnessed several African resolutions dealing with youth issues, led by the African Youth Charter, adopted in 2006 at the Summit of Heads of State and Government, which is the most important youth document on the rights of African youth.
