Gold prices were stable today, Saturday, due to the stable activity of trading gold ounces in the global exchange market, recording USD 1793.
Hani Milad, the head of the Gold Division at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, said gold prices’ stability came after a short period of price change on Friday.
For example, 21-karat recorded EGP 790, before it dropped to be estimated at EGP 780, and finally, it closed at EGP 782 due to the rise of inflation, and the US treasury bonds interest.
Milad finalized, saying that 24-karat was estimated at EGP 895, and 18-karat was sold at EGP 617. Regarding the gold pound, it hit EGP 6337
