Gold Prices Slightly Fall, 21-Karat Records EGP 778

Gold prices slightly declined today, Wednesday, in local markets after the gold ounces prices dropped in global exchange, recording $ 1779, due to the US Federal Reserve's direction towards lifting the measures of economic stimulation.

Hany Milad, the head of the General Division of Gold and Jewelry at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, said that gold prices fell by EGP 2 in local markets. Therefore, 21-carat recorded EGP 778.

Milad added that 18-karat recorded EGP 667. On the other hand, 24-karat was estimated by EGP 889. Finally, the gold pound was sold at EGP 6224.
