Gold prices increase, 21-carat at EGP 767

Gold prices increased slightly in local markets during today’s trading, due to the rise in the ounce of gold price in the global stock exchange, and the decline of dollar price.

Abdel-Al Selema, deputy head of the gold pision at the Chamber of Commerce of Kafr El-Sheikh, said that gold prices rose by about 4 pounds in the local market, 21-carat recorded EGP 767, while the gold ounce price increased in the global stock exchange to record 1741 dollars.

He added that 24-carat recorded EGP 877, and 18 –carat is at EGP 658, while the gold pound recorded EGP 6136.
