Gold Prices rose in the local markets during trading today, Tuesday, with a slight increase in the ounce price in the global stock exchange, due to a slight decline in the dollar price amid market anticipation for the speech of “Jerome Powell”, the chair of the US Federal Reserve today, as well as the speeches of the members of the US Federal Reserve tomorrow, Wednesday.

Saeed Imbaby, executive director of the “iSagha” platform for gold and jewelry online trading, said that gold prices rose by 5 pounds in the local markets during today’s trading, so that a gram of 21 karat gold recorded 1715 pounds, and an ounce price in the global stock exchange recorded 1877 dollars.

He explained that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 1960 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded about 1470 pounds, a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 1144 pounds, while a pound of gold recorded about 13720 pounds.
