Cigarette Prices in Egypt witnessed Wednesday a new hike after Al-Mansour International Cigarette Distribution Company raised the prices of its products by a value ranging from 2 pounds to 10 pounds, two days after Philip Morris Egypt raised the cigarette prices for all of its tobacco products and all types of popular cigarettes from the brands “Merit - Marlboro - L&M”.
Al-Mansour determined the value of the new increase in cigarette prices, which started from 2 pounds to 10 pounds on Davidoff, Time, and Manchester cigarettes, and the increase began to be implemented as of today.
The company sent a statement to Ibrahim Imbabi, head of the Tobacco Division at the Chambers of Commerce, explaining the value of the new increase in cigarette prices, which came according to the following:
Davidoff (Classic / Gold / White / Slims) 84 pounds
Time (red / blue / silver) 44 pounds
Manchester (Royal / Reserve / Safir) 39 pounds
Last Sunday, Philip Morris Egypt announced an increase in cigarette prices for all of its tobacco products of all types, according to the following:
Merit 85 pounds
Marlboro 79 pounds
Marlboro (crafted) 69 pounds
LM 59 pounds
“Selections” 64 pounds
“Dimensions” 64 pounds
“TEREA” 64 pounds
The prices of Winston cigarettes also recorded an increase between 5 pounds and 7 pounds in commercial stores in Egyptian markets, where the prices came according to the following:
Winston Red/Blue/Silver/Custer 50 pounds
Winston Tote 52 pounds
The price of full yellow cigarettes is 57 pounds and 50 pounds
Camel yellow/Blue 57 pounds

Meantime, Eastern Tobacco did not announce any increase in cigarette prices during 2024.
