Film “Al Gawahergy” to Hit Cinemas in Eid al-Fitr

The release date for Egyptian stars Mohamed Henedy and Mona Zaki’s new film “Al Gawahergy” has finally been revealed.

The film is set to hit the cinemas during the Eid al-Fitr movie marathon.

“Al Gawahergy” also stars Lebleba, Ahmed El Saadany, Asser Yassin, Reem Moustafa, Tara Emad, and others.

The film witnesses the first collaboration between Henedy and Zaki after 23 years. They last starred together in the 1998 film “Saidi at the American University”.

Zaki will also be seen in the highly-anticapted film “The Spider” (El-Ankaboot).

The film also stars Ahmed El Sakka, Dhafer El Abidine, Yosra El Lozy, Ahmed Fouad Selim, Reem Mustafa, Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab, Akram El-Sharkawy, Mahmoud Gharib, Ramez Amir, Mohamed Lotfy, and others.

It is directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, written by Muhammad Nair, and produced by Walid Sabry.

“The Spider” witnesses the first collaboration between El Sakka and Zaki after six years. They last starred together in the 2016 film “30 Years Ago”.

The actor made his last cinematic appearance in the 2017 film “Horob Edterary” (Forced Escape).
