Egyptian fashion designer Enas Ali and Lebanese fashion designer Nervin El Gaban are organizing training workshops for young fashion designers to set them on the right path in the world of fashion design.
Talking about the training, Ali revealed: “I always see youth dreaming to enter this field, but there are no mechanisms or those who give them a helping hand to choose the right path, whether if they were beginners at the field, or were able to cut a large portion in the field but lacked some of the mechanisms that enable them to create a piece of their design in an integrated manner,”
“Thus, we indulge in a dialogue with Lebanese fashion designer El Gaban to develop the idea in Egypt, which lead us to organize training workshops with major Emirati specialized academies in the fashion world,” she added.
“Young designers will learn everything in workshops extended six days for seven hours a day— between theoretical and practical work,” Ali stressed.
She continued: “The fashion designers can come out at the end of the workshop with a piece of their designs, in a way which they can practice work in the Egyptian market and be able to compete with their projects.”
On her part, El Gaban affirmed that the workshops arrive at the end of February in cooperation with Ali, who will present all her experiences in the field of fashion design.
She revealed that the workshops will be featuring all the tools needed to make fashion designers able to compete and produce in the labor market by creating new designs, how to take measurements, how to become a stylist and a successful clothing coordinator.
In addition, it will include the most important basics of working as a designer, in the skills of the work of Albatron and the techniques of sewing, and others.
An accredited certificate will be handed at the end of the training session from the largest academies in UAE.
