Elissa to Perform Live in Egypt on June 16

Lebanese superstar, Elissa will perform live at the Alex West Club, Alexandria, Egypt, on Friday, June 16.

She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs.

The acclaimed singer took to Instagram to promote the concert, saying: "Alexandria, are you readyyy!!! I’m excited and can’t wait to see u all on the 16th of June in #TheWestival .. ❤️❤️❤️.

Elissa has been the highest-selling female Middle Eastern artist since 2005. She sold over 30 million albums worldwide.

In 2005, she became the first Lebanese singer to be awarded the World Music Award for Best Selling Middle Eastern Artist, an award that she earned once again in 2006 and 2010.

The singer is often referred to as “Maliket El Ehsas” (Queen of Emotions) by fans and the media.

Elissa’s artistic journey began in 1992 when she won the silver medal in the Lebanese music competition “Studio El Fan”.

The singer’s debut studio album, “Baddy Doub” (I Want to Melt), was released by EMI Music Arabia in 1999.
