The Minister received a report from the directors of the supply directorates in the governorates on the situation regarding the availability of flour for bakeries and the strategic stock of commodities that are spent on the ration card.

The report indicated that the governorates' balance of goods is sufficient for more than three months.

The minister directed the directorates to provide a strategic stock of flour in each bakery for up to three days, in anticipation of rain.

The minister also directed the directorates of supply and internal trade to establish operations rooms and the departments affiliated with those directorates to follow up the situation, moment by moment.

He stressed, on the supply directorates, to intensify control campaigns on bakeries as well as outlets for distributing food commodities to ensure the regularity of work in them and the arrival of support to those who deserve it.
