On Thursday, Egyptian actress, Manal Salama announced that she has tested positive for covid-19.
The beautiful actress took to her social media platforms to declare her health update and also added that she immediately isolated herself and is now under home quarantine.
Through her Instagram stories, Salama said, “I have tested positive for Covid-19... Just pray for me."
As soon as the actress shared that she has contracted the contagious and awful virus, fans and close friends poured in their wishes.
In response to her post, Egypt's renowned star Ranya Yassin and many celebrities dropped some heart emojis as a mark of support.
It's worth mentioning that the beloved actress is also the elder sister of actor Sherif Salam, who is married to artist Dalia Mostafa.
Manal Salama is well known for some of her television seminal works, such as "I Won't Live in My Father's Robes"(1996), "Sharei Al Mawardi" (1990), and "Khadema Walakin" (1993).
