Egyptian Medics Succeed in Performing Dialysis for Coronavirus Patient

The creativity and heroism of Egyptian doctors not only manifested in isolation hospitals, but in all hospitals and all departments. A symphony of success is played by all doctors performing their duties, especially the medics in Helwan University in cooperation with intensive care unit doctors in the 15th of May hospital, as they succeeded in performing a dialysis for a coronavirus patient who was getting his treatment in the hospital.

Dr. Ahmed Hussein, teaching assistant in the department of internal medicine and kidneys, successfully performed the operation, alongside Dr. Ibrahim, Assistant Professor, Department of Internal Medicine and Kidney Department, Dr. Abu Saif Abdel Hamid, Assistant Professor, Department of Intensive Care, and Dr. Nourhan, Vice President of the Department of Kidney and under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Rifai, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine, Helwan University.
