The Egyptian Red Crescent has launched a new humanitarian convoy to Gaza, delivering nearly 4,000 tons of essential aid as part of ongoing efforts to support civilians facing severe conditions.

The convoy includes dozens of trucks carrying approximately 3,970 tons of supplies. The shipment covers a wide range of urgent needs, including food baskets, flour, medical equipment, relief materials, and fuel required to keep hospitals and critical facilities operating.

In addition to food and medical assistance, the convoy also provides basic living supplies such as clothing, blankets, plastic covers, and tents to help shelter displaced families.

The Egyptian Red Crescent continues to coordinate aid deliveries at the border, maintaining continuous operations since the start of the crisis. The Rafah crossing on the Egyptian side has remained open, allowing the steady movement of humanitarian supplies into Gaza.

Total aid delivered through these efforts has now exceeded 950,000 tons, supported by more than 65,000 volunteers working across logistics hubs and field operations.
