Egypt imposes new restrictions to curb COVID-19 spread

The Egyptian government approved in its meeting today, Wednesday, headed by prime minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, a package of precautionary measures to confront the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

The Prime Minister stressed the need to continue applying various preventive measures to deal with the Coronavirus, especially during this stage, which is witnessing an accelerated increase in the number of new cases.

Madbouly directed all the ministries and concerned authorities to take the necessary measures to prevent any celebrations or large events and gatherings, pointing out to the need to deal decisively with malls and cafes that violate these precautionary decisions.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister pointed out to the efforts of various state institutions and authorities to provide the largest number of various vaccines.
