Egypt Following up Developments of Attacking Egyptian Doctor in Saudi Arabia

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed in a press statement, Thursday evening, that it is following up with great interest through the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Riyadh, the developments in the case of the Egyptian doctor Ayman Abdel Salam Muhammad Rizk who was shot and attacked with a knife in the Qassim province.

Consul General, Tariq Al-Meligy, is constantly following up on the developments of this case with the officials of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Emirate of Al-Qassim Region, who are making appreciable efforts in dealing with this issue.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represented in its consular sector and through our consulate in Riyadh, continues to follow up on this issue, wishing a speedy recovery for the Egyptian citizen.
