Date of the match between Egypt and Burkina Faso

The national teams of Egypt and Burkina Faso are in the first group of African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, along with the Egyptian national team, in addition to the national teams of Djibouti and Sierra Leone.

The Egyptian national team group standings before the third and fourth rounds were as follows:

2 - Burkina Faso national team, 4 points

3 - Guinea-Bissau national team, 4 points.

4 – Sierra Leone national team, one point

5 - Ethiopian national team, one point.
