Cornerstone Development Launches “The Curve” in NAC

Cornerstone Development Co. has announced the launch of its first project "The Curve" in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The company aims at implementing a series of persified real estate projects in urban and coastal cities, highlighting its strategy which based on strong foundations to consolidate its name among the leading real estate companies in Egypt within the next few years, according to Eng. Ashraf Boulos, Chairman and Managing Director of Cornerstone Development.

Boulos added that Cornerstone was keen to choose the project location very carefully and after intensive studies; it is located in the R8 area directly in front of the green river and near the axis of Mohammed bin Zayed, the airport, the presidential palace, and ministries.

Moreover, he noted that the project comprises commercial, administrative, cultural and sports services including; a mall, an administrative building, wide green areas, and landscapes.

Cornerstone Chairman pointed out that the project is underway and will be completed by mid-2023.

In addition, Boulos noted that the units’ spaces range from 90 to 300 meters, adding that the designs of the project have been developed by one of the largest consultancy offices in New York, USA.

 

He continued that the payment systems vary from 5 to 6 or 7 years only, stressing that his company is committed to handing over its units to customers in accordance with the specifications and delivery dates agreed upon, as well as building a solid customer base.

“Among the most key features of Cornerstone's strategy is the combination of innovative and unique designs, in addition to smart buildings equipped with modern technology that keep pace with the latest international trends in the world of construction,” Boulos added. “The project in the NAC will be a truly unique residence. Its innovative design brings double-height ceilings, expansive terraces, and first-of-its-kind open-air tree lounges, to create a refreshing sense of openness.”

He also confirmed that the project units will be delivered with a "Flexi Finish" system which allows getting 75% finishing units while giving the client freedom to put his final touches related to the decoration, lighting, and floors.
