The biggest and most celebrated Cirque show in the world, CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, visited the Giza Pyramids archaeological area. CIRQUE DU SOLEIL came to Egypt to perform for the first time in the country.
During their visit to the pyramids, the colorful group was accompanied by Giza Plateau's general director Ashraf Mohieldin, who took them on a tour in the archaeological area. They visited the Great Pyramid, and then they went to the panorama area to take photos. After that, they visited the Sphinx.
Mohieldin said that CIRQUE DU SOLEIL expressed their admiration for the greatness of the Egyptian pyramids and the way they were built; they also expressed their happiness to visit Egypt and perform in it, in addition to visiting the archaeological areas in order to get acquainted with the greatness of the ancient and modern Egyptian civilization.
