“Capital Care” … First Medical Complex in NAC

"Capital Care" is the only medical complex in the new administrative capital (NAC) that has got a license from the Health Ministry so far, as well as an accreditation from housing and building national research center, making it the first and optimal choice for any doctor looking for a clinic or hospital in the NAC.

Hindaza company has completed the sales of the project 1st phase. The second phase of the project is currently being launched.

The company was able within a few months to achieve sales beyond expectations.

This came as a result of the increased awareness of doctors of the requirements and design standards for hospitals and health facilities in Egypt that have been recently applied according to the Minister of Health decision no. 402 of 2015.

The capital care medical complex land is originally designated by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) as a full-service medical center.

The complex is located in the heart of the first residential neighborhood " R3"; it focuses on medical units (hospitals - medical centers - clinics) where all pieces of equipment are devoted to the doctor and patient service.

The project also includes a trained and qualified customer service center for patients; its design also provides the necessary slopes for people with special needs.

Vice President of “Hindaza” board of directors Ismail Hendi said that the company is the first specialized medical developer in Egypt.

“We all work to make the company the first choice for all entities, hospitals, and doctors in Egypt," he added.

Lamia Mesbah, head of the project design department noted that the medical complex is designed according to the conditions and quality standards of the medical facilities and Egyptian codes.

Moreover, she emphasized that all clinics are fully finished with anti-bacterial materials; each clinic contains a handwashing basin, and a separate air conditioning unit so that all these factors help to limit the spread of infection and create a healthy environment.

In addition to the presence of an ambulance inside the complex, a medical waste management unit (dangerous - not dangerous), a general waste management unit.

Mesbah also added that the project includes 6 hospitals, 44 clinics, specialized medical centers with flexible spaces, a pharmacy, a radiology center, and an analysis lab.
