Calvin Harris Marries Vick Hope

DJ/producer Calvin Harris and Radio 1 host Vick Hope tied the knot in a gorgeous ceremony on Saturday, in front of family and friends on the sprawling grounds of Hulne Priory in Northumberland, England.

The ceremony took place outside before guests moved into a tent adorned with lavish florals for the reception to celebrate Harris, 39, and Hope, 33.

Nile Rodgers and his band Chic were even flown in from the US to perform, according to The Sun.

The outlet also reported the guest list included BBC radio DJs Scott Mills, Vernon Kay and Jordan North, along with “Big Brother” host AJ Odudu.

“Calvin and Vick’s wedding was a day none of their guests will ever forget,” one insider shared.

“Their vows were really emotional and the marriage ceremony included poems like Ernest Hemingway’s ‘If There’s Empty Spaces In Your Heart’ and Lori Eberhai’s ‘Devoted.’”

The insider added that the newlyweds “didn’t stop smiling” all day.

“Calvin and Vick are so clearly madly in love,” the source gushed. “It was a truly beautiful day.”

Though Harris popped the question on his Ibiza farm in spring 2022, they’ve actually known each other for years. In fact, Hope previously joked about how Harris asked her out (and she turned him down) in the early 2000s before they officially started dating more than 15 years later. 

Hope proudly flashed her emerald-cut diamond engagement ring while out and about in London that May.

When asked about her nuptials at the time, the radio presenter remained tight-lipped.

“You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I’m keeping my private life private,” Hope told Hello! Magazine in October 2022.

"I’ve never really experienced this before about my private life, but it’s just for us.”
