The Cairo Opera Orchestra will perform Danses Qu'on Croise Ballet, at Main Hall May 2.
Danses Qu'on Croise fondly known as “Danses Hongroises,” is simply means 'Hungarian dances' in French.
The ballet is about four women and four men with different personalities: outgoing, shy, haughty and undecided.
They meet in a sort of social club where each looks for a suitable dance partner.
The show sheds light on human nature, and an analogy to universal situations.
The show will feature Mark Manatsakanian, Maurice Béjart and Abdel Moneim Kamel. The music will be conducted by renowned composer Hisham Gabr, and the show is directed by Erminia Kamel.
