Cairo Jazz Festival: French Singer Djaïma Returns for Live Jazz Performance 6 Nov.

AUC -Tahrir Cultural Centr has filled in the dates and venues for its great "Cairo Jazz Concerts" with well-known artists such as Djaïma and Egypt's singer Shahira Kamal alongside The All-Star Blue Experience Arab band performing live to complement the event's programming.

The talented French-Bulgarian Jazz singer and violinist Djaïma, who gave a concert on Friday, Oct. 29, will return to the Cultural Center for the Cairo Jazz Festival at AUC for a live concert at 9:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, in The One Four Five.

“It was an amazing experience and very fun to work with renowned pianist Amro Salah and the high-level musicians that were in the group,” Djaïma said of the experience.

On Friday, Djaïma also sang many notable French and Bulgarian songs including; Amen Na kamas, Autour du Monde, and Fiesta.

Djaïma is notable in her ongoing quest to harness the power of the new musical tools, which she’s always looked to find new and better ways to connect with her fans and audience.

The performance will include a selection of her renowned songs" Nouveau Monde", "Baiser salé", "Liljano Mome", "Mon Village" and "Lagrimas Negras".

The series continues with a concert from noon to midnight with Egypt's coming artist Kamal accompanied by renowned Arab and international Jazz musicians.

The upcoming concert is also intended to be a great time for music lovers and European Jazz fans.
